• On March 4, 2003 the Wisconsin Department of Commerce Environmental & Regulatory Services Division Bureau of Petroleum Products and Tanks granted Boatgas Marine Refueling Service the first and only approval of its kind in the State.  This means our engineering drawings and calculations have been submitted by a degreed mechanical engineer, are on file, and have been reviewed and approved by the Department.
• On May 5, 2006 a certified professional engineer from the Department performed inspections of our newly built craft both on land and water.  
• We are the only business with approvals and permits on file with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, Waukesha County, and Local units of government. 
• Many of our permits are conditional use and are reviewed on an annual basis.  Since delivering our first gallon of gas in 2006 we have yet to receive a complaint and have maintained a clean  record with all authorities.
• Since 2006 we have safely delivered hundreds of thousands of gallons of gasoline to nearly a thousand boats owned by many hundreds of satisfied customers.  

By being out on the water for many years and pumping a lot of gas we have steadily improved the design of these boats. As a result, the reliability, durability, performance, and ease of use of every component from the winch on the trailer to the outboard motor on the transom has been tested to the breaking point. This real-world, hands-on experience means you will be buying the most highly developed, state-of-the-art boat that simply cannot be matched by anyone else.
